Kinexus is in early development. This policy covers the current public website, surveys, contact inquiries and early-interest forms. Nelli, our planned AI Care Navigator, is not available through these forms.

How We Use Information

We use this information to understand caregiver needs, improve Kinexus, respond to inquiries, and send launch or early access updates when requested.

Care, Nelli and Privacy by Design

Kinexus is being designed to support sensitive family caregiving information, with Canadian data-residency planning, appropriate consent and permission-based Care Circle access. Nelli will require additional privacy and AI-specific safeguards before it can process care details.

What This Means for Nelli

Our planned approach is to give caregivers clear control over information used for suggestions, limit access to authorized users, review data handling by AI providers and provide transparent sources for recommended resources. The specific AI systems, data flows, storage arrangements and retention practices are not yet finalized and will be documented before Nelli launches.

Do not submit health information, health card numbers, diagnoses, medications or other sensitive personal details through the public website forms. The current website does not provide personalized medical or benefits advice.
